Claudia Quintet – The third release by one of John Hollenbeck's best ensembles, Claudia Quintet continues into uncharted territory. Hotel Lights - This summer engineer Alan Weatherhead (The Comas, Sparklehorse, Camper Van Beethoven) met with Brent to master a new EP for Hotel Lights. Following last year's brilliant self-titled debut, the new EP possesses a similar character with a subtle shift in production and a bolder use of electronics on a couple of tracks. Darren Jessee's (Ben Folds Five) gentle and vulnerable voice is still present although perhaps a bit more relaxed and confident.
